We accept returns on items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
- The item has not been damaged, altered, or washed.
- The item was purchased from JoyTopixx, either through our website or at a physical store.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are excluded from our refund and return policy. These items include:
- Gift Cards: As per the nature of gift cards, they are non-refundable.
- Sale and Clearance Items: Items purchased during a sale or on clearance may be marked as final sale, and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Items that are made specifically for you (e.g., monogrammed clothing, custom-made orders) cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
- Intimate Apparel: Due to hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, including underwear, socks, and swimwear, cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@joytopixx.xyz or call us at 307-621-0431 to initiate the return process. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review your return eligibility. If the item is eligible for a return, we will send you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Please include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or if we made an error with your order.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the condition to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If the returned item is in good condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note the following:
- Refund Timeframe: Once the return is processed, refunds will typically be issued within 7-10 business days. Depending on your payment method or bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable, and customers will bear the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges on items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. This allows you to choose the new item at your convenience and avoids any delays.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us immediately at info@joytopixx.xyz or by calling 307-621-0431 within 7 days of receiving the product. To resolve this issue:
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect.
- Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Once we verify the damage or defect, we will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including covering the cost of return shipping for the damaged item.
7. Refunds for Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare event that an item you purchased is out of stock or unavailable after your order has been processed, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will provide you with an option for a full refund or offer you an alternative product if available. If you choose to receive a refund, it will be processed promptly to the original payment method.
8. Refund for International Orders
For international orders, please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective. Additionally, refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the country of origin.
